ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and members in good standing at Clark County Credit Union (CCCU). Employees of CCCU (“Sponsor and Administrator”) and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, parents, and children) and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) are eligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The information provided will only be used for the purposes of this Giveaway and as otherwise permitted by the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

GIVEAWAY TIMING:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 am PT on 12/01/2024 and will end at 11:59 pm PT on 12/31/2024 (“Giveaway Period”). Within the Opening Periods, a corresponding Award Period will be defined in the “Open Date & End of Open Period” below. Entries must be received during an Open Period to be eligible for the Open Period prize. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Giveaway. After the loan is funded, the prize will be awarded on or before the corresponding Award Schedule timeframe.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, you must:

1. Obtain a new auto loan or refinance your vehicle with CCCU between 12/01/2024 and 12/31/2024. 

Each qualifying auto loan must be funded/booked by 12/31/2024 to qualify for the promotion.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")/ODDS:
There are 100 Prizes available, consisting of:

- One (1) Year Premium CU Travel Membership, valued at $199.00, and 
- One (1) Free Night Hotel Voucher, valued at $150.00.

Each qualifying member will receive both the Premium Membership and the Hotel Voucher. The total ARV for each prize is $349.00.

Prizes are limited to the first 100 qualifying entries. Each winner will be notified according to the above Award Schedule date to claim their Premium Membership and hotel voucher. Odds of receiving depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) prize per person.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

- The Premium Membership and hotel voucher are not redeemable for cash. 
- The Premium Membership will be valid for one (1) year from the date of activation. 
- The hotel voucher covers up to $150.00 for one (1) free night. Any costs exceeding this value are the responsibility of the winner. 
- The hotel voucher must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issuing hotel group.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion. No cash redemption or prize substitutions will be permitted.

RECIPIENT SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Eligible entrants will be selected based on qualifying entries received during the Giveaway Period. Recipients will be notified by email on or about the Award Schedule date. To claim the prize, the selected members must activate their prize by February 1, 2025, by creating their CU Travel Premium Membership with a username and password.

If the winner does not activate the prize within the specified time, or is found ineligible, the membership will be null and void. CCCU reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are binding. Entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
